Yifan is a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He received his Master’s degree in Biostatistics from the University of California, Davis in 2026. Before that, he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Computational Mathematics from Hunan University in 2023. His research interests focuses on protein language models and related statistical modeling and inference.
